Experience an exciting boat excursion to the seal area around Hallands Väderö, where you can see seals, porpoises and sea birds.
Join us on a lovely boat excursion with the charming wooden fishing boat M/S Nanny af Torekov to the seal area around the southwestern part of Halland's Väderö. During the journey, you can admire fantastic views and hopefully see seals resting or balancing on the rocks. Sometimes they suddenly break the surface of the water and look at you curiously. You will also meet porpoises on the way there and see a lot of seabirds.
The seal population at Hallands Väderö is estimated to consist of 1400-1600 individuals, mostly harbor seals. Around midsummer, the chances are high that you will see the newborn cuttlefish recuperating on the rocks or playing around the boat.
All departures depart from Torekov, and there are tickets for all ages.
Children between the ages of 0-3 ride for free but need a ticket. It is also permitted to bring a picnic basket that nine can enjoy during the journey, which takes approximately 80-90 minutes.
Dogs are welcome to accompany you on the boat trip.
